Cofac celebrates its 20 anniversary in Durazno

Celebrating 20 years of COFAC cooperative experience in the Department of Durazno, Juan Pablo Cao is exhibiting his work “Nature in America... valueing what is ours” in the “Casa de Rivera” Museum. Also participates the Photo Club of Durazno, with a photographic show denominated “Durazno Natural” of sceneries of cascades in our Department. There will be other activities.

Juan Carlos Cao is Uruguayan, born in Montevideo in 1964. .He is a graphic designer and photographer, also has a degree in electronics. Since 1991 he has being exhibiting in Montevideo, Punta del este and other regions of our Country.

He paintings -acrylic on wood- depict waterfalls and cascades in Uruguay and America, in which the painter recreates the permanent dialogue between Man and Nature.

He started looking for a link between man and Nature, hence the idea of putting together living and inert matter. “Each work, unique, demands the observer the attention it should be paid naturally to the living world,” said Coa when presenting his work.
